We charge this fee to ensure every applicant is screened fairly, accurately, and consistently according to our company and legal standards.

Application fees are non-refundable, as the screening process begins immediately once your application is submitted.

As part of our screening process, we require certain documents, including a copy of your ID, Social Security card, recent pay stubs, and bank statements.

We request this information to ensure a fair and accurate screening process. These documents allow us to verify each applicant’s identity, income, and financial stability. They also serve as important records in the event of any disputes, audits, or legal matters. 

We understand that sharing personal information is sensitive, and we handle all documents securely and confidently throughout the application process.
