Raffle Countdown

The aim of this raffle is to gather leads from individuals or businesses interested in completing a real estate transaction in 2025-2026 and utilizing the services of Koja Property Solutions, LLC. 

Participation is easy. simply click the link below at the bottom of this page, answer a few questions on the raffle form, and you'll be entered into the drawing. Good luck!

Each month, one participant will be selected to receive a $25 gift card. Winners may also choose a $25 cash payout via Cash App or PayPal as an alternative. Gift card options include retail, restaurant, Visa, or Mastercard gift cards.

Raffle begins April 1, 2025 and ends December 31, 2025. 

1. Winners will be announced on the last day of each month. 
2. Winners will be notified by phone, email or text. 
3. If the prize is not claimed within fifteen days after the drawing end date, it will be forfeited.

If you are currently represented by a real estate firm, please disregard any materials received. This is not intended to solicit properties already listed for sale with another real estate firm.
